Welcome to Kingsdale Academy

Kingsdale Academy is committed to providing a caring environment for children. Our professionals, parents and members of our school community are actively involved as partners in helping each student achieve his or her potential for excellence.

Kingsdale Academy offers a bilingual program. Every child will have one day of English instruction followed by one day of French instruction. On Fridays, instruction is given in English for half the day and French for the other half. English Language Arts, Math, Ethics and Religious Culture are taught in English. French Second Language, Social Studies (History & Geography) and Visual Arts are taught in French. The specialist subjects, Physical Education, Dance and Music, are taught in English.

The Provincial Ministry of Education has compiled a number of online resources for parents and students to access, should they wish, during this shutdown. These resources are organized by grade level and subject area and are provided as options to keep students engaged in learning during this period.

Each staff member works hard to ensure that all students are given the opportunity to reach their own potential in a safe, respectful learning environment. Our students are encouraged to feel positive about themselves and be proud of their accomplishments.
